I am a Registered Massage Therapist graduate of the fast track Massage Therapy program at Georgian College. I am happy to return to Sudbury where I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Sport and Physical education at Laurentian University.

As a competitive swimmer for 15 years, culminating with 4 years as a member of the LU Varsity Swim Team, I experienced the benefits of therapeutic massage and the rehabilitation of injuries.

My goal is to find a treatment that works best for you to improve your quality of life by utilizing my training in various forms of massage such as Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage and Fascia Work.
